M-Power Analytics lets you ask questions about your M-Power data (sales, quotes, invoices, jobs and more) in plain English, using Claude. Claude only sees your company's data, and it can only read it: it can't change anything in M-Power. M-Power Analytics requires an additional M-Power subscription for access.
This is a new feature and is being provisioned for a select set of beta testers. Reach out to us if you want to be considered for the beta test group.
Time: about 6 minutes.
Before you start
- Your M-Power invite email. It has a temporary password that expires 7 days after it was sent. If it has expired, ask M-Power support for a new one.
- A Claude account at claude.ai. The free plan works. If your company uses Claude Team or Enterprise, your administrator may already have added M-Power Analytics: skip to step 9.
- An authenticator app on your phone, such as Microsoft Authenticator or Google Authenticator. You'll need it to finish your first sign-in.
You don't sign in to a website first. Your first sign-in happens inside these steps, when you click Connect in Claude.
Add M-Power Analytics to Claude
- In Claude, click Customize, then Connectors.
- Click Add.
- Click Add custom connector.

Sign in for the first time
- Click Connect. The M-Power sign-in page opens.
- Enter your email address in the top box and click Next. Ignore the Corporate email box: it's for M-Power staff.
- Enter the temporary password from your invite email, then click Continue.
- Choose your own password (at least 12 characters, with a number, a lowercase letter and an uppercase letter), enter it again to confirm, and click Change password.
- Set up your authenticator app: scan the QR code with the app, enter the 6-digit code it shows, and click Sign in.
- Optional, recommended: click Add passkey to sign in next time with your fingerprint, face or device PIN instead of a password and code. Or click Not now.
You're taken back to Claude, and M-Power Analytics shows as connected.
Check it works
- In Claude, click New and ask: What companies can I access in M-Power Analytics?
- Claude asks to use M-Power Analytics: click Always allow (or Allow once).
- Claude answers with your company's name.
Questions to try
- What were our sales by month this financial year?
- Which customers ordered the most last quarter, and how does that compare with the same quarter last year?
- How many quotes did we send last month, and how many became orders?
- Which open jobs are on hold?
Good to know
- Your data only. Claude can only see your company's data, and only while you're signed in.
- Signed in for 7 days. After that, Claude asks you to sign in again with your password and code (or passkey).
- Sales means orders. "Sales" is orders by order date. Ask for "invoiced sales" if you mean invoices.
- Check important numbers. Claude can make mistakes. For figures you'll rely on, ask Claude to show how it worked them out, or check them in M-Power.
- Your conversations stay in your Claude account, under Anthropic's terms for your plan. M-Power records which questions were run against your data, for security and support.
