Mobile Job Search, Details and Timing

The job search function in the Mobile module provides access to any jobs in the current Work In Progress List.

To search for a job click the drop-down list and enter the job number, customer name or job detail text. Then select from the returned results.

Job Details

Details about the job, sub jobs, statuses, files and notes are able to be viewed and edited.

Tags

Tags are available for use in the tags panel, you can read more about using tags in this article.

Files

Files are available for viewing in the files panel. You can also add files or pictures from your mobile device or use its camera to take and upload images. To use the camera simple click the Add File button then touch the files panel and select Camera from the device menu that is shown in both Android and IOS.

Notes

You can view, edit and add notes in the notes panel.

Job Lines

You can view the job line information for the job and change jobline status as required.

Sub Job Details

The Sub Job Details panel provides access to information at the recipe level. Status can be updated at this level also. Play and Stop buttons are provided for timing on individual processes.
