App and Mobile Module Security UI Improvements
We have cleaned up the UI for the App and Mobile Module security pages.
Feature Based Security
This is the first stage of the migration from distinct feature lockdown to the new group based feature security system.
By default, users have full access to the system unless specific security permissions are applied denying them access. This is in addition to the App and Mobile level permissions detailed above.
Permissions are applied by assinging a permission group to a user.
The permission group can contain one to many permissions. As new features or feature restrictions are required they will be detailed this the Feature Permission Article. It is also detailed in the User Management Article.
As this platform evolves, the original 'Security Settings' tab will be retired as its functions are already rolled into the new one.
New Report Engine Dataset Improvements
We continue to refine the new report engine datasets to provide clean and easily understandable data heirarchies for use in document and line-of-business-reports.
MYOB and XERO Invoice Exports Improvements
Additional checks have been added to the export invoice function for both Xero and MYOB to prevent multi-export from double clicks.
WIP Keydates View Improvemets
Fixed filtering and ordering in the optional WIP Keydates view.
WIP Export with Keydates and Tags Improvements
Added Account Manager to the Export to Excel with Key Dates and Tags for Un-Released and Released WIP Views.
