Adding a description to an invoice when exporting to MYOB or Xero

Both MYOB and Xero do not provide a field for a description on an invoice. Often a description is required to summarise the lines of the invoice or provide more context.

You can manually add a line at the top of the grid and this will transfer over the to the accouting system, or use the Add Line Description function in the Order to automate the process before invoice creation.
