Inventory Scan Improvements  26.1.1 

To handle complex inventory requirements used by some customers we have added option forms that include the additional fields required for serial, batch and location management.

Inwards Goods Improvements  26.1.1 

The inwards goods system has been rewritten in conjunction with new inventory features coming soon. 

The Goods Receival process now displays different forms dependant on the level of inventory management that is configured. This allows for simple forms for simple use cases and additional fields to be displayed and required as needed based on item and system configuration including serial number management.

When using full inventory management, a pre-flight system now checks the line items and warns of any conditions that would cause the receival process to not meet the requirements for each item and its individual requirements.

Orders Task Board Improvements  26.1.1 

The orders taskboard has the following improvements applied:

• Collapsed columns now automatically saved and restored on reload for each user

• Tags now displayed on each task card
• Additional swimlanes added for Due Month, Company, Profit Centre and Project Manager

• Task cards now include an icon in their header for Urgent and On Hold in that order if present for that order.

   

Added Email File Link Positioning  26.1.1 

Added a placeholder to position file links in emails sent from the Files panel in Quotes, Orders etc.

Simply add the __FILELINKS__ placeholder either directly or to Email Content Options in settings. If present the file links will be placed at this location in the content. Otherwise they will be placed at the bottom of the email as before.

Initial Leads Task Board  26.1.1 

We have started rolling out Task Board interfaces to other Document Types. The first is the Leads section. This will be extended over time to include more functionality but already provide a number of ways to split the cards (swimlanes) to provide greater visibility over leads.

Added Ability To Add File Links  26.1.1 

We have added the ability to add Links to files/external pages etc. in addition to actual uploaded files. This is fully integrated into the existing files sections.

Added new Hybrid Pricing Method  26.1.1 

We have added a new pricing method, Hybrid Pricing. This allows for a combination of a recipe and pricelist to be used to generate a final price for an item. This is useful in scenarios where:

Added colour editing for Lead and Job Statuses  26.1.1 

Added the ability to set lead and job status colours in Settings > Lists. These colours are then shown in the Leads and WIP Task Board header columns.

Fixed issues with Quote Approval Workflow  26.1.1 

Fixed issues with Approval workflow including:

• Improvements to email contents for sender and recipient when actions are recorded
• Visual cues for optional fields in quote approval form
• Company logo displayed on the quote approval form if uploaded in settings

Fixed issue with deleting tags in Leads  26.1.1 

Fixed an issue where tags could be added to a lead but gave an error when deleting.

Fixed issue with Job Board Released Filtering  26.1.1 

Fixed an issue where when Released/Un-Released filters were selected, other filters were ignored in the job level job board.

Fixed issue with Quote Email Subject content causing email to fail  26.1.1 

Fixed an issue where Quote Email Subject content taken from the quote details field caused the Email Form to become unresponsive.
