Company Search Improvements  26.2.1 

We have improved the search function in the companies list. It now supports exact, partial and multiple partial but non-consecutive searches e.g.:

Given a name like Queensland Diesel Spares Pty Ltd, the following searches would all work with increasing selectiveness (return less partial results):

• Queens
• Que Spa
• Queens Die Spa
• Queensland Diesel Spares

• Queensland Diesel Spares Pty Ltd

   

Added the ability to set Order Due date from Quote Expected Date  26.2.1 

Added settings in Settings > Business to allow order due date to be set from the Quote Expected Date if set. Note this setting overrides other date offset automation options.

Added setting Order Account Manager override from Creator  26.2.1 

Added setting in Settings > Business to override the Order Account Manager using the Creator of the Order

Added Image column in Quotes  26.2.1 

As the first step in making Images natively supported in the grids, we have added images to the Quote Grid. If no image is provided a placeholder image is shown. Mousing over the image will show a magnified version. Clicking on the image allow adding and editing image priority.

Note that showing these images on the quote report is still in development and will be coming in the next release.

1. The image tool button shows the total image count and provide access to add/edit images
2. Upload new images
3. Select/Un-Select images for display
4. Edit image details, preview or remove

Mousing over images in the grid also shows a magnified version of the image.

Fixed ampersand encoding in email subject  26.2.1 

Fixed an issue in both the legacy and new report systems where ampersands in the Email Subject line were being encoded to & 

Fixed issue with Xero Bill export and variance reporting  26.2.1 

Fixed an issue in the Xero Bill export function where the Bill ID was being set as the customer invoice number but looked up using the M-Power Bill ID. Xero does not provide a reference field for Bills so we have resolved to concatenate the M-Power Bill ID and the Customer Invoice number using a hyphen and use this as the Bill ID e.g. M1234-234512

This allows searching for either number in both M-Power and Xero. This also resolves an issue with Variance Reporting for Bills.

Fixed decimal value display in variation editor > materials > qty override   26.2.2 

Fixed the variation editor materials panel to show 2 decimals for the quantity override field. The value was being saved correctly but not show correctly.

Fixed issue with Mobile Inventory Adjustments   26.2.4 

Fixed an issue with location and sublocation selection and save in Mobile Inventory Adjustment functions.
