The following Email Tools are available to troubleshoot email issues and can be found in the Settings section.
Check Email Log
If you have a customer who has not received an email sent by you, you can view the last 10 emails sent from a specified sender email to a specified recipient email within the previous 30 day period. If this reports that emails where not delivered then use the Check Bounces function to get the reason.
Check Block and Bounce lists for Email Address
If you have a customer who has not received an email sent by you, first check the Email Log, then Block and Bounce lists to see if their address is listed. If it is in either of these lists the reason will be shown and you can advise the recipient of this.
If the email address is listed in the Bounce List then the option is provided to remove address. Note that this does not resolve any underlying issue with that address, it just allows attempting to send to the address again. To remove an address from the bounce list simple click the Remove Bound button.
