The Lists section combines together in one place all of the based settings. If can be found in the Settings panel under the Lists tab.
Company Classes
Company classes are used to provide tiered pricing for your customers. They are used in conjunction with price lists for form a matrix of qty and class based item prices.
Couriers/Freight Companies
The Couriers list is used to detail the various freight companies that your business uses. This list is then shown in Quotes, Orders and Despatch sections.
You can set the Pickup Time and Delivery Day data for each freight company so that this information can be used for various schedule and key date automation functions.
Email Content Options
Email Content options allow pre-defined blocks of text to be inserted into email bodies wheb sending Quotes, Order Confirmations, Invoices etc.
From the Settings > Lists > Email Content Options tab you can Add, Edit and Remove content options as required.
Email Defaults
Email default allow you to edit the default email content for Quotes, Order Confirmations, Invoices and Purchase Orders. In each case the defaults act like a mail merge allowing you to insert specific elements when the dialog is displayed like the Quote Number, Customer or Contact name etc.
For each section a list of available merge fields is displayed [1], you can then insert them as required into the content of the message text [2] and finally save [3].
For quotes you can also add an online approval link, and for Invoices an online payment url (depending on accounting system and invoice export status).
Industry Types
Industry Types allow segmentation of the company list for targeted marketing and metrics.
Key Date Favorites and Automation
Key Dates are used on the Orders module to detail additional date constraints. This list in settings provides means to edit both Key Date Favorite name, order etc. but also manage automation of Key Date creation when a new order is created.
1. Key Date Favorites
Add, Edit or Remove Key Date Favorites using this table. Note that the Colour fields requotes an HTML Hexadecimal Code, e.g. #ff0000 for bright red, see this page for more information.
2. Key Date Automation
Key Date Automations depend on a selected Key Date Favorite. You can base the calculation on either the Order Date or Due date. i.e. Artwork is due 3 days after the order is created, or Installation is required 3 days before the due date for the job as a whole.
To add a new automation:
1. Click Add Key Date Automation
2. Click the Key Date Favorite field and select a Favorite
3. Click the Source Field and select a field name
4. Set the Offset Days
5. Tick Update From Source Field is you want the calculated date to be updated when the source field value changes
6. Tick Count only Weekdays if you want Saturday and Sunday to not be counted in the calculation
7. Ensure the rule is active
Lead Types
Lead Types allow segmentation of the Lead List.
Lead Statuses
Lead Statuses let you categorise leads in the lead list. Statues can also 'close' a lead if selected.
Profile Products
The Profile Products list allow segmenting your customers based on the product types then use.
Sales Call Outcomes
Sales Call Outcomes allow segmentation of sales calls for sales team performance management.
Sales Call Purposes
Sales Call Purposes allow segmentation of sales calls for sales team performance management.
Sales Call Types
Sales Call Types allow segmentation of sales calls for sales team performance management.
Sales Sources
Sales Sources allow segmentation of the company list based on how the company originally interacted with your business.
Sales Territories
Sales Territories allow segmentation of the company list into geographic territories, these are often used for sales related cal schedules etc.

Tags allow arbitrary grouping of various object types, see the article on Tags here.
Terms of Trade
Terms of Trade specify the payments terms that you can apply to companies. You can set the various terms, and due date calculation. These are shown in invoices and used when exporting invoices to accounting systems such as Xero and MYOB.

- Hold Message - Shown on invoice form if hold is ticked
- Due Days - Days until invoice is due
- Due After EOM - Due days caculate from End of Month or Invoice Date

WIP Statuses
WIP Statuses allow segmentation of the WIP list.
